The company was founded 1997 in Napa, California under the name CB Virtual Marketing.
Its focal point was Web Design, Html Programming and Marketing with an emphasis on Search Engine Optimization.
In late 1998 the company moved to Munich, Germany where it contracted out its consulting and programming services to small businesses and large corporations (Siemens among others).
Having moved back to the States the business changed its name in spring 2003 to CBMARK Consulting. Since then it has continued to design web stores and sites for small businesses focusing on user experience and profitability. It also extended its services to include custom shopping cart design and development of payment gateways to interface with Paypal or Authorize.net.
